The Application of Value Engineering Theory in the Cost Management of Construction Project

With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, in order to ensure the construction quality at the same time, how to reduce construction costs become owners most concerned. This paper through an introduction of the concept and principles of value engineering theory, applies value engineering theory in the cost management of construction project.
