T001萃取除铁工艺研究

摘    要:采用自制的萃取剂T001进行深度除铁研究.探讨了Fe3+质量浓度、HCl浓度、T001体积分数、相比、温度等 因素对萃取过程的影响.同时,从界面吸附角度对萃取过程作出了初步的解释.根据实验,得出了T001萃取除铁的最 佳工艺参数为:Fe3+质量浓度为8 g/L左右、水相酸度c(HCl)为5 mol/L、T001体积分数30%、相比1 : 1、温度为室 温.

Abstract:Advanced removal of ferric ion is studied by using self-confected extractant of TOOL Based on the course of extraction, main factors are discussed , such as ferric ion concentration, hydrochloric acid concentration, T001 concentration, phase ratio and temperature. The elementary analysis of extraction course is also made by interface adsorption theory. According to experiment, the best process parameters read as follows. The concentration of ferric ion is 8 g/L; the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 5 mol/L ; the concentration of T001 is 30% ; the phase ratio is 1 : 1; and the temperature is room temperature.
