摘    要:介绍采用机械剥壳技术对低松弛PC钢丝钢绞线盘条表面进行处理的连续生产线工艺流程和工艺参数,详细论述放线架、剥壳机与矫直、牵引、电解酸洗与气吹系统、磷化涂层槽的功能和特点。应用证明:与大池子酸洗相比,年产3万t产品可节约用水2.7万t,蒸汽0.69万t,酸液250 t。

Abstract:To introduce process flow and parameters of wire rod surface treatment continuous production line of low relaxation PC steel wire and stranded wire with mechanical descaling. The function and characteristic of such component of the line as payoff, descaling machine and flattening machine, traction, electrolysis pickling, air blow system, phosphating and coating tank are explained in detail. Application proves that producing 30000 tons products annual can save 27000 tons water, 6900 tons steam and 250 tons acid solution comparing with acid pickling in pool.
