石化装置超大型电动机起动方案的研究和确定

摘    要:在石油化工装置中大型用电机组起动方案的确定直接关系到整个装置的供电系统设计,如何确定大型电动机组的起动控制方案,既满足上级电源电网的技术要求,同时又具备优良的技术性价比和良好经济效益与社会效益,是一个值得研究的课题。现根据企业电源电网系统的实际情况以及超大型电动机组的技术参数,从建模计算到起动控制方案的分析研究及确定,进行了详细的论述,对超大型电动机组起动方案的确定有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In petrochemical plants,the starting scheme of large motor directly influences the design of power supply system for the plant.How to determine the starting and control scheme of large motor so as to not only satisfy the technical requirements of superior power grid,but also achieve excellent cost performance and good economic and social benefit is a topic which is worth studying.According to the actual conditions of power grid of petrochemical plants and the technical data of extra-large motor,this paper discusses in detail the starting and control scheme of large motor from modeling calculation to research and determination.It can be used to guide the determination of starting and control scheme for large motor.
