构建都市型现代农业信息综合服务体系的思考

农业信息服务体系是农业信息化的重要内容,其在推进城乡一体化发展和促进农业增效、农民增收中发挥着十分重要的作用。多年来,北京市围绕都市型现代农业建设,在农业信息服务体系建设方面做了大量工作并不断的尝试新的探索。笔者在总结多年建设经验的基础上,结合当前农业和信息化发展形势,提出构建都市型现代农业信息服务体系的基本框架,即构建一个以现代信息技术为支撑、标准化现代农业信息资源为基础、各领域权威农业专家做后盾、多种服务方式并存、覆盖农村和市区、涉及生产生活各个方面的都市型现代农业信息综合服务体系。
