摘    要:电子束熔融技术(Electron Bean Melting,EBM)是利用计算机建立所需要的三维实体模型,并设计出各种功能型结构,通过专用软件将三维模型文件转换成分层文件,然后将分层数据文件导入电子束熔融成型设备,通过数字化控制,用高能电子束对已铺设的钛合金微细金属粉末进行选域扫描,使得选定区域内的金属粉末瞬间高温熔化融合,通过层叠熔融,短时间内即可制造出任意形状的金属物体的一种高新技术。研究发现,电子束熔融技术可以制造任意外形和内部孔径的钛合金骨科植入物,即在金属与骨质接触的界面进行多孔化处理,未来血管与骨细胞可以长入多孔层内部形成"骨组织——钛合金一体化融合界面",使植入物在较长时间内牢固的固定于骨床上,从而大为延长骨科植入物的使用寿命,且其生物力学强度优于铸造及锻造钛合金骨科植入物。

Abstract:Electron Bean Melting (EBM), is the use of three-dimensional solid model of the computer to build and design a variety of functional structure, three-dimensional model using special software to convert the file component layer file, and then import the file into a hierarchical data electron beam melt molding equipment, through digital control, with high-energy electron beam has been laid titanium metal powder fine selection field scanning, making instant hot metal powder is melted integration within the area selected by laminating melt, creating a high-tech metal objects of arbitrary shape within a short time. The study found that the electron beam melting technique can manufacture any shape and internal aperture of the titanium orthopedic implant, such as there made porous on interface of metal with the bone, vascular and bone cells can be ingrowth porous layer and formed "Bone -- titanium fusion interface tissue integration later", so that the implant is firmly fixed to the bone bed in a longer time, the greatly extend the life of orthopedic implants and biomechanical strength than casting & forging titanium orthopedic implants.
