| Abstract: | In the current construction project management system, we should focus on strengthening the safety manage-ment system and quality management system, and the quality and safety is the concern of the construction. In addition, acco-rding to the construction schedule and cost point of view, we need to establish the corresponding management system, ulti-mately enable businesses to obtain bet er benefits. |
