摘    要:糖尿病患病率和死亡率逐年增高,高血糖还可诱发冠心病和动脉粥样硬化,它已严重地危害了人们的生命健康。本文探讨了猴头多糖(Hericium erinacaus Polysaccharide,简称HP),褐藻淀粉(Laminarin,LA)和褐藻酸钠(Sodium alginate,SA)对实验性高血糖的防治作用。

Abstract:Hericium erinaeaus polysaccharide (HP) ig 25mg/kg, Laminarin (LA) ig 100mg/kg and Sodium alginate (SA) ip 300mg/kg reduced the blood glucose level in normal mice by 53%, 49% and 38% respectively at 7 hours after administration. HP (ig 25mg/kg), LA (ig 300 rag/kg) and SA (ip 300mg/kg) were able to lower blood glucose level by 50%, 61% and 39% respectively at 24 hours after administration in alloxan-induced diabctic mice. Three polysaccharidcs also exhibited preventable effects on alloxan-induced diabetic mice. The results showed that HP had the Strongest hypoglycemic action, LA moderate effect and SA only weak effect.
