摘    要:综述了镁合金表面有机化合物转化处理技术的现状、工艺、成膜机理、转化膜特性及发展趋势。重点介绍了植酸转化膜、单宁酸转化膜、自组装转化膜和有机金属化合物转化膜等工艺的研究现状,展望了镁合金有机化合物转化膜的发展趋势。

Abstract:The present condition,craft,film forming mechanism,conversion film characteristics and developmental trend of organic compound conversion technologies used on magnesium alloy surface are overviewed,with the focus on phytic acid,tannic acid,self-assembled monomolecular and organic metal compound conversion films.The developmental trend of the organic compound conversion coatings on magnesium alloy is prospected.
