鄂尔多斯盆地东缘煤层气勘探开发前景

鄂尔多斯盆地东缘蕴藏着丰富的煤层气资源,预测1500m以浅煤层气地质资源量约9×1012m3,是中国石油天然气股份有限公司近期勘探开发的重点区域。为弄清该区煤层气的勘探开发前景,在综合分析鄂尔多斯盆地东缘煤系地层,主力煤层的构造、分布,煤储层的物性、饱和度等煤层气基本地质条件及煤层气资源情况的基础上,认为该区的煤层具有较好的含煤性、含气性和可采性;结合煤层气勘探开发实践,对鄂尔多斯盆地东缘煤层气勘探开发有利区进行了整体评价,提出了渭北区块的韩城—合阳井区、临汾区块的午城—窑渠井区、吕梁区块的柳林—三交井区、吕梁区块的保德—神府井区是4大煤层气富集区。结论认为:鄂尔多斯盆地东缘资源探明率和资源转化率、勘探程度均较低,煤层气勘探开发前景广阔,具有商业化产气能力和形成大型煤层气田的条件,必将成为全国煤层气规模化、产业化、商业化运作的"甜点"区。

Prospects in coalbed methane gas exploration and production in the eastern Ordos Basin

The eastern Ordos Basin, possessing rich coalbed methane (CBM) gas resources with the predicted geological reserves of 9 tcm at the buried depth of below 1500 m, is the present major E &; P zone for the PetroChina. Based on a synthetic analysis of CBM gas resources and basic geological conditions including structure and distribution of major coal beds and gas saturation, petrophycial property, etc. of coal measure strata in the eastern Ordos Basin, it is concluded that coal beds in this area have good coal bearing and gas bearing properties and favorable recoverability. In combination with field practices of CBM gas exploration and development, an overall evaluation is made at this area and four important CBM gas rich zones there are presented as follows: Hancheng Heyang in the Weibei Block, Wucheng Yaoqu in the Linfen Block, Liulin Sanjiao in the Luliang Block, and Baode Shenfu in the Luliang Block. Meanwhile, it is concluded that the proved CBM gas reserves only account for 2% of the total CBM resources and the resource transformation rate is rather low with a low and uneven degree of prospecting in this zone, so there is a wide exploratory area and great potential of exploration and exploitation in near future. It is predicted that this zone is to be qualified for a large CBM gas field with commercial gas production and bids fair to a sweet spot of industrialized and commercialized scale CBM production in China.
