Applied CAN BUS to the Distributed Intelligent Fire Alerting Control System

With the development of the technology, the distributed intelligent fire alerting control system is an inevitable trend. Because of the high demands on the central controllers, the traditional SCMs have inadequacies in some aspects. ARM, thanks to its high performance, low power consumption and low cost characteristics, is the preferred alternative for SCMs. This paper puts forward a set of fire alerting system bus communication protocols based on ARM, and introduces in detail the design of the CAN device driver.
