摘    要:模拟轧辊表面镀铬工艺,对镀铬轧辊及非镀铬轧辊在同一润滑介质条件下对辊缝变形区润滑的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在同一润滑介质下,钢-钢摩擦副与钢-铬摩擦副的摩擦系数及润滑油成膜性能均有明显不同。钢-铬摩擦副的摩擦系数比钢-钢摩擦副的摩擦系数降低20%以上,在其它实验参数相同的条件下,冷轧润滑油在镀铬表面所形成的油膜厚度比非镀铬表面提高1倍以上。

Abstract:Effect of the chromium coating roll and non-chromium coating roll applied by the same lubricating medium on lubricating to the deformation zone of roll gap are investigated based on simulating the process of chromium coating on the roll surface.The results show that both the film forming property of lubricating oil and the friction coefficient of the friction pairs between steel roll and steel plate and between steel plate and chromium coating roll applied by the same medium differ greatly.The friction coef...
