低出生体质量儿产后母乳喂养状况影响因素分析

目的]探讨影响低出生体质量儿产后母乳喂养的相关因素,并针对相关因素提出相应的干预措施,以提高其母乳喂养率.方法]选取本院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的低出生体质量儿380例为研究对象,对产妇随访2个月,分析影响母乳喂养的相关因素.结果]经单因素分析可知,影响母乳喂养的因素包括父母收入、母乳喂养信心、母亲文化程度、母乳喂养知识、母婴同室、按需哺乳、早接触早吸允、母亲学会挤奶时间和母乳喂养率、产后并发症、奶瓶使用、住院时喂过糖水.经Logistic多因素分析可知,影响母乳喂养率的独立影响因素是母乳喂养信心、早接触早接允、按需喂养、产后并发症、住院期间学会挤奶.结论]对低出生体质量儿积极开展母乳喂养有利于新生儿成长发育,因此产妇住院期间应积极指导其尽早哺乳,普及母乳喂养的健康教育工作,提高产妇母乳喂养率.

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Postpartum Breast Feeding Status in Low Birth Weight Infants

Objective]To explore the relevant factors of postpartum breast feeding status in low birth weight infants,and to propose the corresponding intervention measures so as to increase breastfeeding rate of low birth weight infants.Methods] A total of 380 low birth weight infants in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jan.2013 were enrolled in the study.The mothers were followed up for 2 months.The influencing factors of the breastfeeding of low birth weight infants.Results] Univariate analysis showed that the factors affecting breastfeeding included parental income,breastfeeding confidence,education of mothers,breastfeeding knowledge,direct rooming-in,lactation on demand,early contact and early sucking,the time of learning the milking by mothers,breastfeeding rate,postpartum complications,bottle use and sugar water feeding during the hospitalization.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that the independent influential factors of breastfeeding rate were breastfeeding confidence,early contact and early sucking,lactation on demand,postpartum complications and learning the milking during hospitalization.Conclusion] Active breastfeeding for low birth weight infant is conducive to the growth and development of newborns.Therefore,the early lactation of mothers should be actively guided during the hospitalization,and organizational support and encouragement should play the full role in order to improve the breastfeeding rate.
