小干扰稳定约束下电网可用输电能力研究

摘    要:小干扰稳定成为限制电力传输容量的重要因素之一,为计算小干扰稳定约束下的电力可传输容量,利用粒子群算法,构造了优化模型,借助小干扰稳定指标来衡量系统小干扰稳定性。调节参与因子较大的发电机出力,在改变少数关键发电机出力的情况下,既改善系统小干扰稳定性,又能使可用输电能力达到最大。新英格兰39节点系统证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Small signal stability has been found to be the most important limiting factor when determining power transfer capabilities. To calculate the availbale transfer capability (ATC) within small signal stability constraint, this paper proposes a method based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and a small signal stability index is used to determine the small signal stability status of a system. By adjusting the output of the generators with relatively large participation factors, the available transfer capability can be maximized with the improvement of the small signal stability. A case study of 39-bus New England system demonstrates the validity and effectivity of this approach.
