| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尼莫地平对ＨＩＥ新生儿脑组织的保护作用。方法 确诊的ＨＩＥ 新生儿经尼莫地平治疗前后各取静脉血一次，其中血浆用于ＮＯ、ＭＤＡ、ＯＳＤ 及ＮＳＥ 水平的测定，红细胞用于钙离子浓度的测定。结果 血浆ＮＯ（ 前３２３０８ ±１２３５２ ，后１６３７０ ±８９５８） 、ＭＤＡ（ 前１８５９ ±９０６ ，后８１０ ±３９８） 和ＮＳＥ（ 前３０７１ ±１５１０ ，后７４９ ±４０７） 水平及红细胞内钙离子浓度（ 前５１７ ±１６６ ，后３４５ ±１５２） 在ＨＩＥ新生儿经尼莫地平治疗后较治疗前均有明显降低（ Ｐ 均＜ ００５） ；而血浆ＳＯＤ 活力（ 前６２８５ ±１５８７ ，后６７９３ ±２８０４） 的改变不明显（ Ｐ＞ ００５） 。结论 尼莫地平对ＨＩＥ新生儿脑组织具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatmental effect of nimodipine to brain tissue in the neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Two groups of neonates were prepared.Namely:1.HIE group;2.HIE nimodipine-treated group.NO,MDA,SOD and NSE in the plasma and amounts of calium in the erythrocyte were measured.Results Compaired with HIE group,the plasma NO,MDA and NSE levels and calcium content in the erythrocyte decreased significantly( P< 0 05),SOD activity did not change( P< 0 05)in HIE nimodipine-treated group.Conclusion Nimodipine could protect brain tissue of HIE in the neonates. |
