高等教育贯彻落实科学发展观的若干思考——以河北科技师范学院为例

科学发展观对于高等教育改革发展具有重大的指导意义。高等教育贯彻落实科学发展观，必须准确把握科学发展观的内涵和要求；在客观分析当前高校发展面临的新形势、新问题的基础上，确立高等教育科学发展观；进一步明确高等教育的改革发展方向；深化高校管理改革，促进管理和谐；全面提升高校的核心竞争力；着力推进高校内部人事管理体制、财务管理体制、后勤服务管理体制、教学管理体制改革等各项改革措施。

Some Thoughts on Carrying out Scientific Outlook on Development in Higher Education ——Taking Hebei Normal University of Science ＆ Technology as the Example

Scientific Outlook on Development is of great directive significance for the reform and development of higher education.
