摘    要:为适应国家建设坚强智能电网的要求,未来新型农村电网应充分考虑适应农村可再生能源、分布式电源发展,实现"小电源"与配网互动。针对未来分布式电源在农网中应用的可能性,研究了分布式电源接入的新农村电网规划问题。建立了电网投资成本最小化和系统线损最小化的双目标规划模型。该模型在约束条件中考虑了分布式电源接入对配电网潮流的影响。以IEEE14节点系统为例模拟了规划模型的应用,结果表明分布式电源接入之后能够增强农网供电能力并降低系统线损。该模型能满足经济性和安全性的要求。探讨了分布式电源接入后对农网供电可靠性指标的改善情况。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of constructing strong smart grids in China,in the planning of future new rural power network the development of distributed generation(DG) and renewable energy sources in rural areas should be fully taken into account to implement the interaction between small power source with distribution network.In allusion to the possibility of applying DG in rural power network,the planning of future new rural power network connected with DG in future is researched.A programming model with two objectives,i.e.,minimizing investment cost for rural power network and minimizing line loss of the network,is built.In its constraints the influence of connecting DG on power flow in distribution network is considered.The application of the proposed planning model is simulated by IEEE 14-bus system,and the results show that the power supply capability of rural power network to which DG is connected is enhanced while the line loss of distribution network is decreased.The proposed model can meet the requirement of economy and system security.The improvement of power supply reliability index of rural power network connected with DG is researched.
