液压支架护帮板运动及受力分析

摘    要:针对ZY6000/20/40D掩护式液压支架小四连杆铰接式护帮板的运动特点和受力进行分析,并运用ANSYS软件对其集中载荷和扭转试验工况进行有限元模拟。结果表明:护帮板运动速度应为先快后慢,收回时上侧小连杆与千斤顶轴线、两小连杆间应有一定夹角;护帮顶板两缺口、弯曲小连杆及铰接处产生应力集中,为液压支架小四杆护帮机构的研究与优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The movement and force characteristics of small four-link hinged holding streel in ZY6000/20/40D shielding hydraulic support were analyzed,and its focus load and torsion test conditions were simulated by means of the finite element simulation software ANSYS.We concluded that the velocity of holding streel should slow down after the first,there should be a certain angle between the small connecting rod on the top side and the axis of the jack,and between the two small connecting rod when back;the places of two-gap in holding streel、bent rod and the hinged generated stress concentration,which provided a reference for further study and the design optimization of a small four to help organizations protect in hydraulic support.
