丝素蛋白/聚氨酯涂层PBT过滤材料的研究

摘    要:以丝素蛋白/聚氨酯共混水溶液为涂层改性剂,对熔喷非织造过滤材料进行表面涂层改性。结果表明,丝素蛋白/聚氨酯涂层具有较好的热水稳定性,涂层改性后PBT熔喷非织造材料的表面润湿性能得以提高、其平均孔径变小、孔径中小于5μm的孔径比率大大增加。因此聚氨酯/丝素蛋白涂层改性提高了PBT熔喷非织造材料的白细胞过滤性能,可以作为新的血液过滤材料应用于血液过滤领域。

Abstract:In this paper,the surface of PBT melt-blown nonwovens materials for blood filtration was modified by the coating modifier of aqueous solution with silk fibroin/polyurethane blends.The results showed that the materials after modified had a better surface wettability.At the same time,the average pore size of the materials reduced and there were more pores with size less than 5 μm.In a word,PBT melt-blown nonwovens materials after coated with silk fibroin/polyurethane would be widely applied in the field of blood filtration for the much better properties.
