某工程预应力箱梁温度控制分析

摘    要:应用有限单元法模拟某工程箱梁的施工过程。计算了两种加热养护温度下的混凝土温度场和应力场,指出在恶劣气候条件下,加热养护是必要的但温度不宜过高,同时建议在箱梁两端设置通风口,以防止箱梁降温时在内外表面产生过大的温差。

Abstract:This paper simulated the construction course of a box-beam by FEM, and calculated temperature and stress fields on two conditions of temperature maintained by heating. Furthermore, it is pointed out that temperature maintained by heating is necessary according to the academic calculation for concrete engineering but should not be much too high in bad weather. It is also advised that setting ventilating hole on verge of box-beam to avoid producing too much difference in temperature.
