2006—2007年乳山市居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况分析

目的了解乳山市居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平和流行特征。方法以2006—2007年乳山市全人口死因监测资料为基础,描述人群恶性肿瘤死亡现况。结果人群接近1/4的死亡为恶性肿瘤所致,粗死亡率170.48/10万;男性死亡率高于女性;肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和脑恶性肿瘤居死因谱前5位。结论恶性肿瘤已经成为严重影响乳山人群健康的重点疾病,居人群死因谱第2位;肺癌为目前人群第1位恶性肿瘤死因,死亡率呈快速上升趋势,应予以重点预防控制。

Analysis on Death Caused by Malignant Tumors of Residents in Rushan City during 2006-2007

Objective]To study the mortality level and epidemiological characteristics of malignant tumors of residents in Rushan city.Methods]Based on the population death monitoring data in Rushan city during 2006—2007,the death status caused by malignant tumors was described.Results]The death cases caused by malignant tumors were close to 25% of all death cases,and the crude death rate was 170.48/lakh.The male mortality was higher than female mortality.Lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and brain tumor was the top five cause of death.Conclusion]The malignant tumors have become the main threats to population health in Rushan city,which is the second cause of death.The mortality of lung cancer increases rapidly and ranks the leading cause of death of malignant tumors,it should be paid more attention to the control and prevent of lung cancer.
