有机硅细乳液研究进展

摘    要:有机硅细乳液比常规的有机硅乳液具有更多优异的特性,如稳定性好、分子量大、容易交联等.介绍了有机硅细乳液的制备、有机硅细乳液聚合的主要影响因素、聚合动力学的研究进展;在有机硅细乳液制备的主要影响因素中,着重讨论了细乳化工艺、均化方式、乳化剂、助乳化剂等对有机硅细乳液的影响;并对有机硅细乳液今后的发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract:Silicone miniemulsion has more excellent properties than silicone emulsion,such as good stability,large molecular weight,easy cross-linking,etc.The article introduced the preparation of silicone miniemulsion,the main factors of silicone miniemulsion polymerization and the kinetics of silicone miniemulsion polymerization.For the main influencing factors,the effects of emulsification technology,homogeneous method,emulsifier,coemulsifier on the preparation of silicone miniemulsion were discussed particularly.Finally,the development of silicone miniemulsion was prospected.
