| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察两种国产非降解生物膜引导组织再生的组织学变化 .方法 :选用兔颅骨开窗缺损模型覆盖两种非降解生物膜 ,空白对照 ,术后 2、4、8、12周取材 ,常规制片 ,光镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜观察 .结果 :两种国产非降解生物膜有较好的组织相容性 ,对骨缺损愈合有保护和促进作用 .结论 :临床使用国产非降解生物膜引导组织再生是可行的 .

| Abstract: | Aim:This study examined histologic responses to 2 non-bioabsorbable membranes made in China in GTR.Methods:Rabbit calvarial critical-size defects were covered with 2 non-bioabsorbable membranes and non-covered as control.The rabbits were sacrificed at 2,4,8,12 weeks respectively after operation and the specimens in rabbit calvarial defects were studied.Results:2 non-bioabsorbable membranes had good hiscompatible and ability to support tissue regeneration.Conclusions:It was possible that 2 non-bioabsorbable membranes made in China were used in clinical treatment. |
