摘    要:电磁泵是一种体积小、质量小、噪声低和排量小的微型泵。通过参考螺管式电磁铁的功能,设计了一种永磁式电磁驱动的小型柱塞泵,其柱塞悬浮于永磁体中,在高速运动过程中增加了柱塞稳定性,避免了摩擦接触,减小了元件的损耗;同时还介绍了电磁泵设计过程中的主要结构参数对泵性能的影响。

Abstract:The solenoid pump is a kind of micro pump with small size, light-weight, low noise emission. By taking ref- erence and using the function of solenoid electromagnet, a type of mini piston pump that used permanent-magnet solenoid drive principle was designed. The piston of pump suspended in the permanent magnet so that it can enhance the stability of piston during high-speed motion, which also avoids frictional contact in order to reduce its loss. The paper also introduced the effect of major parameters on performance of solenoid pump in the design.
