医院下呼吸道感染致病菌及其耐药性监测结果分析

目的 探讨医院下呼吸道感染的细菌学及药敏状态,促进临床合理使用抗生素.方法 将1 218例下呼吸道感染患者的痰进行细菌培养和药物敏感试验.结果 1 218例标本中检出细菌589株.其中革兰氏阴性肠杆菌占42.28 %,革兰氏阴性非发酵菌占24.62 %,真菌占24.28 %,革兰氏阳性菌占8.83 %.主要致病菌依次为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白假丝酵母和肺炎克雷伯菌,对绝大多数抗生素耐药.结论 随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌耐药性逐渐上升.有关部门应加强监测,指导临床合理用药.
