医院下呼吸道感染致病菌及其耐药性监测结果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨医院下呼吸道感染的细菌学及药敏状态,促进临床合理使用抗生素.方法 将1 218例下呼吸道感染患者的痰进行细菌培养和药物敏感试验.结果 1 218例标本中检出细菌589株.其中革兰氏阴性肠杆菌占42.28 %,革兰氏阴性非发酵菌占24.62 %,真菌占24.28 %,革兰氏阳性菌占8.83 %.主要致病菌依次为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白假丝酵母和肺炎克雷伯菌,对绝大多数抗生素耐药.结论 随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌耐药性逐渐上升.有关部门应加强监测,指导临床合理用药.

Abstract:Objective Inquiry into hospital next breath way infection of outbreak circumstance, bacteriology and medicine appearance, promote the clinical reasonable usage of the antibiotics. Method To the subsidiary hospital in my clinical next the breath a phlegm specimen separates the germ uses the Kirdy-Bauer method proceeds the medicine sensitive experiments. Results 1 218 specimens inside outs the germs 589 stub. Among them the surname feminine gender bowel rod bacteria occupies 42. 28 %, the surname feminine gender ferments not the germ occupies 24. 62 %, the fungi occupies 24.28 %, the male germ in the surname of occupies 8.83 %. Main with the result that germ one by one in order for green and false single afterbirth in rare germ, copper in large intestine germ, white and false silk leaven with pneumonia gram thunder germ, bear the medi- cine to the great majority antibiotics. Condusion Along with the antibiotic extensive usage, the germs bear the medicine to rises gradually, should enhance to monitor, guiding the clinical reasonable usage of the medicine.
