| 摘 要： | 目的评估我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况方法对1997年～2000年麻醉性镇痛药和400份癌症患者住院病历中镇痛药的应用情况进行跟踪调查与分析.结果400份癌症患者住院病历中应用了镇痛药的病历有179份,占44.75%;传统给药方案和“三阶梯给药方案”的镇痛疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论我院癌症患者尚未严格按照WHO推荐的“三阶梯止痛方案”用药.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the use of narcotic analgetics in this hospital. METHODS:The use of narcotic analgetics in OPD and 400 medical records of cancer patients, admitted during the period 1997-2000, were investigated and analysed. RESULTS: Of 400 cancer patients, 179 have received narcotic analgetics, accounting for 44.75% of total patients. There was significant difference in frequency of use between traditional analgetic scheme and three-step scheme(P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: The use of analgetics in cancer patients has not strictly adhered to the three-step analgetic scheme recommended by WHO. |
