一线治疗失败后序贯疗法根除HP的效果研究

目的通过本研究,试对传统一线治疗失败的患者采用序贯疗法治疗,找到一种有效、安全、经济、依从性好的治疗方案。方法治疗组予雷贝拉唑,枸橼酸铋钾,阿莫西林治疗5d后,继续服用雷贝拉唑,枸橼酸铋钾,莫西沙星。结果治疗组和对照组的HP根除率分别为43(86%)和34(68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HP感染根除率方面,加用铋剂,抗生素换用莫西沙星后的序贯疗法是一种高效、安全的HP感染根除治疗理想方案,可用于一线治疗失败后的HP根除治疗。

Sequential Therapy after Failing first-line Treatment to Eradicate the Effects of HP

Objective To find an effective, safe, economical, good compliance treatment,through this study, try the sequential therapy to the patientis who had the failure traditional first-line treatment. Methods The treatment group used rabeprazole, bismuth potassium citrate, amoxicillin for 5d, and after that continue took rabeprazole, bismuth potassium citrate, moxifloxacin. Results The treatment group and control group HP eradication rates were 43 （86%） and 34 （68%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the HP infection eradication rate, adding bismuth and changing the antibiotic to moxifloxacin, is an efficient, safe ideal methods. This methods can be used in HP eradication therapy first line treatment after failure of first-line treatment.
