HPLC法测定舒痔丸中大黄素与大黄酚的含量

目的：建立舒痔丸中大黄素与大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Phenomenex C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．1％磷酸（85：15）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温30℃，检测波长为254nm。结果：大黄素和大黄酚线性范围分别在2．46～14．78μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999）和5．33～31．97μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999）；浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为99．13％（RSD=0．99％）和99．64％（RSD=0．27％）（n=6）。结论：本方法简便准确，重复性好，可用于舒痔丸质量控制。

Determination the Contents of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Shuzhi Pills by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in shuzhi pills. Method： The analysis was used with a Pbenomenexl C18 （4.6 mm× 250 mm,5μm） column and mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （85： 15）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wave- length was set at 254 nm. Result： The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were at 2.46-14.78 μg· ml^-1 （r = 0.999 9）and 5.33- 31.97μg·ml^-1 （r =0. 999 9） respective, the average recoveries（n =6） were 99.13% （RSD =0.99% ）for Emodin and99.64% （RSD = 0.27% ） for Chrysophanol. Conclusion： This method is simple, convenient and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of shuzhi pills.
