摘    要:提出了一种测量微细电火花加工机床杂散电容的方法.该方法通过示波器记录RC脉冲电源未接入机床单独充电时的波形和接入机床时的充电波形,将测得的数值代入电容充电公式中,经计算得到微细电火花机床的杂散电容值.还在不同的充电电压和工具电极长度条件下分别进行了试验,最后得出工具电极长度对杂散电容产生的影响较大.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a method of measuring the stray capacitance of MEDM machine, through recording the charging waveform of two cases that the RC pulse power is on the machine or not by an oscilloscope,and then the measured data are calculated in the capacitance charging formula, we can get the stray capacitance value of MEDM machine.This paper also tests in the cases of different charging voltage values and different electrode lengths,and finally find that the electrode length has a bigger influence on...
