土壤碱解氮测定方法比较

摘    要:使用德国产GERHARD凯氏定氮蒸馏系统测定碱解氮,对蒸馏条件进行了改进,确定蒸馏效率和蒸馏时间,样品可直接上机测定,与传统方法比较,碱解蒸馏法测定的结果更准确可靠,精密度高,为碱解氮测定提供了一种准确、快速蒸馏测定方法.

Abstract:This study employs German production GERHARD Kjeldahl distillation system to test available nitrogen and improved the distillation condition in order to fix the efficiency and time of distillation.Samples could be tested directly by machine.This study provides an accurate and quick method of testing distillation.Test data of this method are accurate and reliable with high precision.It is relevant to the results of the alkali-hydrolyzed distilling method.
