火针对脊髓损伤模型大鼠凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察火针改善脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡相关蛋白的表达情况,为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供实验依据;方法:本研究以随机对照盲法进行动物分组,采用改良的Allen’s法制备脊髓损伤模型,以火针、毫针分别进行干预,采用westen-blot法观察大鼠IL-1β、Caspase3、p38蛋白的变化;结果:造模后组织中IL-1β蛋白表达于6h达高峰,磷酸化的p38MAPK表达于24h达高峰,Caspase-3表达于24h达高峰;火针组、毫针组与模型组比较,72h、1w的Caspase-3表达量存在显著性差异(P0.05);火针组、毫针组与模型组比较,72 h、1w的IL-1β表达量存在显著性差异(P0.05);结论:火针能较好的改善脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡相关蛋白的表达,值得在临床治疗脊髓损伤推广。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the improvement of the expression of apoptosis related-protein with the fire needle in spinal cord injured rats,and to provide experimental evidence for treating spinal cord injury in clinics.Method:In this study,the animals were divided into different groups with randomized controlled blind method,the modified Allen's method was adopted to prepare the spinal cord injured model,the interventions of fire needle and filiform needle were performed respectively,and the changes of protein IL-1β、Caspase3、p38 were detected with the westen-blot method.Results:SCI group increased significantly,the expression of protein IL-lβ increased and peaked at 6h,p38 MAPK increased and peaked at 24 h,Caspase-3 in SCI back tissue increased and peaked at 24 h.Compared with the model group,the expressive quantity of Caspase-3 in the fire needle group and filiform needle group at 72h、1w had significant difference(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the expressive quantity of IL-lβ in the fire needle group and filiform needle group at 72h、1w had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle could better improve the expression of apoptosis protein in spinal cord injured rats,and was worth promoting for the treatment of spinal cord injury in clinic.
