实施三级医学重点学科建设的尝试

目的 实施科教兴院和可持续发展方略，创建更多的高质量重点学科，加速医院现代化建设。方法 根据省定目标和医院实际情况，设计省、校、院三级重点学科各12项基本标准和相应的标准细则、评分方法。实行3年评审周期制度和年度报告、检查制度。结果 三级重点学科形成了学科建设梯队，校、院级重点学科早期扶持，成为省级重点学科后备军。标准细则的确定使重点学科建设目标更具体化，学科更容易自我衡量，自我完善。结论 三级重点学科建设方案的实施激发了争创重点学科的热情，促进了重点学科建设和医院整体建设。

The Attempt to Develop the Three-level Medical Key Academic Subjects
