摘    要:目的 实施科教兴院和可持续发展方略,创建更多的高质量重点学科,加速医院现代化建设。方法 根据省定目标和医院实际情况,设计省、校、院三级重点学科各12项基本标准和相应的标准细则、评分方法。实行3年评审周期制度和年度报告、检查制度。结果 三级重点学科形成了学科建设梯队,校、院级重点学科早期扶持,成为省级重点学科后备军。标准细则的确定使重点学科建设目标更具体化,学科更容易自我衡量,自我完善。结论 三级重点学科建设方案的实施激发了争创重点学科的热情,促进了重点学科建设和医院整体建设。

Abstract:Objective To develop the hospital through science and technology, implement the sustained strategy of development, establish more high - quality key academic subjects, and accelerate the modernization drive of the hospital. Method Based on the provincial goal and the actual condition of the hospital, devise twelve items of fundamental criteria and corresponding detailed rules as well as evaluating methods. Implement the three - year - period evaluation system, yealy report and checking system. Results By the development of three - level key academic subjects, the echelon for academic subjects has been established. With the prior support, the key subjects at the level of college and hospital have turned into the reserve army for provincial key subjects. The detailed rules have clarifried the goal for the development of key subjects, and made it easier for the subjects to be self - examined and self - improed. Conclusion The implementation of the project has stimulated the passion to establish key academic sujects, and promote the development of key subjects and the hospital as a whole.
