| 摘 要： | 给出了互操作及互操作应用效能评估的定义,针对效能评估一般模式的不足,综合主成份分析法理论和层次化思想,建立了作战系统互操作的应用效能评估指标体系,提出运用多种方法的综合评估方法。仿真实例的评估及分析表明,所建立的指标体系和综合评估方法可操作性强,能够满足作战系统互操作应用效能评估的需求。

| Abstract: | The definition on interoperability of combat systems is presented,as well as the evaluation to the effectiveness of interoperability.Then,a layered index system for the evaluation to the effectiveness of interoperability of combat system is built,which is based on the AHP theory.Furthermore,a new integrated evaluation approach utilizing different types of evaluation methods is proposed.Through a basic evaluation and analysis on a simple simulation example,it is indicated that the index system and the integrated evaluation approach are practicable,and can be adapted for the evaluation to the effectiveness of the interoperability of combat systems. |
