| 摘 要： | 公共工程项目与私人工程项目的不同点决定了其相关评价要素的特殊性．本文运用物质流分析方法对公共工程项目的物质投入、利用及损耗情况进行跟踪分析，得到相应的物质结算公式，在此基础上，建立相关的物质流管理指标，旨在为公共工程项目的可持续发展提供借鉴．

| Abstract: | The differences between the public project and the private project come to decide that they have not the same factors during the evaluation. The paper presents the material flow model to analyze the material status during the project life cycle, such as the material input, use, output, and so on. Based on these, some material accounts formulas are put forward, and related evaluation indexes of material flow management are built up. All of these can help the sustainable development in the public project area. |
