| 摘 要： | 以计算机及其网络为依托的电子数据,在证明案件事实的过程中起着越来越重要的作用。这种以新的形态出现的证据形式,被证据法律实践与理论研究中的有识之士定义为电子证据。如果要对电子证据进行有效的法律规制,那么电子证据的立法预测研究就理所当然地成为认知的起点。

| Abstract: | As more and more activities are conducted through electronic means,an important aspect of the legislation is the use of "Standard" as a means to prove the integrity and authenticity of E-evidence, which has its own characteristics different from the traditional-style evidence. In order to regulate E-evidence systematically,the lawmaking prediction of E-evidence become cognitive jumping-off point. |
