| 摘 要： | Byram指出语言教学的最终目的就是让学习者获得跨文化交际能力。随着信息技术和网络技术的飞速发展，在建构主义指导下的多媒体网络教学作为一种新的教学模式已受到越来越多的英语教师的关注。文章从多媒体网络英语教学的优势入手，论述了多媒体网络英语教学中跨文化交际能力培养的原则和方法。

| Abstract: | Byram points out that the ultimate goal of language teaching is to help learners acquire the intercultural communicative competence. With the rapid development of multimedia and network technology, the use of multimedia and network - based teaching has attracted more and more teachers＇ attention. This paper analyses the advantages of multimedia and network- based English teaching. It also explores some principles and methods to improve the learner＇s intercultural communication competence in multimedia and network- based teaching in college English class. |
