电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

目的观察比较电针治疗与药物治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将75例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为电针组43例，药物组32例，观察治疗效果，并在治疗前后进行TCD检查。结果电针组治愈率为41．86％，总有效率97.67％，药物组治愈率为25．00％，总有效率84．37％，两组比较其疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）；两组治疗前后自身比较，TCD检查血流速度均增快，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．01），且电针组增快速度大于药物组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论电针组治疗效果优于药物组。

Clinical Observations on Electroacupuncture Treatment of Vertebral Artery Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective To compare the clinical effects of electroacupuncture and medication on vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy.Methods Seventy-five patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy were randomly allocated to an electroacupuncture group of 43 cases and a medication group of 32 cases.The curative effects were evaluated.TCD examination was performed before and after treatment.Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 41.86% and 97.67%,respectively,in the electroacupunctrue group and 25.00% and 84.37%,respectively,in the medication group.There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.01).TCD examination showed that blood flow velocity was significantly higher after than before treatment in both groups(both P<0.01).An increment in the velocity was significantly larger in the electroacupuncture group than in the medication group(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect was better in the electroacupuncture group than in the medication group.
