摘    要:旋转电弧焊接过程中信号的滤波与提取是焊接过程中首要解决的问题,介绍了电弧传感的工作原理与焊接信号的特点,对旋转电弧焊接中使用的数字滤波方法做了介绍,通过实验对各个方法做了比较,并提出了一种有效的旋转电弧信号组合滤波方法,实验证明:该方法能更有效地抑制电弧信号的干扰,保留有用的信号特征信息。

Abstract:The primary problem in arc welding using rotating arc sensor is filtering and extraction of the signal during the welding process.The basic principle of arc sensor and welding signal characteristics are introduced.The general digital filters of the rotating arc signal and the comparison of the filters in experiments are produced.An effective combination of signal filtering method applied in rotating arc sensor is put forward.Experiments prove that this method can more effectively restrain the interference of the arc signal and retain the useful information of signal characteristics.
