全麻联合硬膜外麻醉在老年高血压患者腹部大手术的应用

目的：比较两种不同的麻醉方法在老年高血压患者腹部大手术中麻醉的效果和苏醒的质量.方法：选择择期腹部大手术老年高血压患者60例,ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级,随机分为全麻组（A组）和全麻联合硬膜外组（B组）,每组30例.记录诱导前（T1）,插管时（T2）,插管后5min（T3）,术中探查（T4）,拔管时（T5）,拔管后5min（T6）6个时间点的SBP,DBP,HR以及术后患者呼吸功能恢复情况和苏醒时间.结果：A组在T2,T4,T5时SBP,DBP,HR均高于B组（P〈0.05）,全麻用药量B组明显少于A组（p〈0.05）,B组患者的术毕苏醒时间明显快于A组（p〈0.05）.结论：在老年高血压患者腹部大手术中,通过全麻联合硬膜外麻醉方法可维持血液动力学稳定,减轻应激反应,加快患者苏醒时间.

Resuits：A group is higher than B group in T 2, T 4, T 5 o＇clock SBP, DBP, HR （P〈0.05）, the general anesthesia is short obviously with the dose B group in A group of （p〈0. 05） ,B group patient＇s technique finishes regaining consciousness time obvious quick Yu Azu （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the old age patients with elevated blood pressure abdomen major surgery,unites outside the hard membrane through the general anesthesia to anaesthetize the method to be possible to maintain the blood dynamics to be stable, reduces the stress to respond that, speeds up the patient regaining consciousness time.
