硅锰炉尾气净化脱硫催化剂研究

摘    要:大连凯特利催化工程技术有限公司针对富含CO工业尾气中硫化物的脱除进行研究,改进原有脱硫剂,开发出一步法催化氧化脱硫剂S-8419,用于硅锰炉尾气、电石炉尾气等富含CO工业尾气中的复杂硫化物的一步脱除。通过模拟硅锰炉尾气研究入口硫浓度、空速、温度、湿度等对脱硫剂性能的影响。结果表明,在总硫体积分数1×10-3,空速200 h-1,反应温度50 ℃,增湿温度25 ℃时,S-8419脱硫剂的穿透硫容达到10.82%。在3个月的锰石炉硅锰炉尾气工业侧线实验中,S-8419脱硫剂的脱硫效果完全满足净化指标。

Abstract:Dalian Catalytic Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd. has studied the removal of sulfide from CO rich industrial tail gas,improved the original desulfurizer,and developed a one-step catalytic oxidation desulfurizer S-8419,which is used for the one-step removal of complex sulfide from CO rich industrial tail gas such as silicon manganese furnace tail gas and calcium carbide furnace tail gas.In the study,effects of sulfur concentration,space velocity,temperature and humidity on performance of desulfurizer were studied by simulating the composition of silicon manganese furnace tail gas as the feeding gas.The results show that the breakthrough sulfur capacity of S-8419 is 10.82% when the total sulfur volume fraction is 1×10-3,the space velocity is 200 h-1,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃,and the humidification temperature is 25 ℃.The desulfurization effects of S-8419 desulfurizer in the industrial side-stream experiment of silicon manganese furnace tail gas for three months also satisfy the purification index.
