| 摘 要： | 公共突发事件频发,研究图书馆在突发事件中的应急服务体系日益重要。文章介绍了突发事件的含义及特点,分析了图书馆作为社会公共服务机构在以往突发事件中的角色,提出建立我国图书馆突发事件应急服务体系的建议,通过为政府、媒体、公众的服务提升图书馆的品牌价值,增加图书馆的社会认知度。

| Abstract: | Now the emergency occurred frequently.It is more important for library to make services response to the emergency.The paper presents the concept and character of the emergency.After discussing the role of library as a service institution in the past emergency,this paper brings forward a response of services to the emergency in the library.Library could upgrade its value of brand,enhance the reputation through serving for the government,media and the general public in the emergency. |
