| Abstract: | In this paper,a photoelectric instrument for measuring inner diameter of steel pipe is introduced,in which the linear CCD is used as sensor, and 8031 monolithic computer as master control system.In order to gain the measuring results with high resolution,the optical system,photoelectric information processing system and data processing software system are specially designed.As a result,the resolution of this instrument has reached to 0.001 mm. |
