电网在线安全稳定分析和预警系统

摘    要:针对电网运行安全稳定分析由离线分析向在线化发展的要求,将电力系统的静态安全分析、电压安全分析、暂态安全分析和继电保护定值校核等子问题进行在线综合研究,建立了一套完整的基于能量管理系统和调度员培训模拟系统数据平台的在线综合安全预警及协调预防控制分析系统,并提出了电网在线安全稳定分析和预警安全评估体系,从综合安全预警的角度划分了电网的状态。该系统已在江西电网中得到应用,为运行人员由离线分析向在线分析、由“经验型”调度向“智能型”调度转变提供了良好的平台和辅助工具。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of changing off-line power grid security and stability analysis into on-line analysis, after the comprehensive research of on-line assessment of such subproblems as static state security, voltage security and transient security as well as examination of protective relaying settings, a set of complete on-line comprehensive security forewarning and coordinated anticipatory control system based on energy management system (EMS) and the data platform of dispatcher training system (DTS) is established. In addition, a security evaluation system for on-line security and stability analysis as well as forewarning is proposed, thus the operation states of power grid are divided in the viewpoint of comprehensive security and forewarning. The proposed system not only offers a good platform for changing dispatchers’ off-line analysis into on-line analysis as well as changing the former experience based dispatching mode into intelligent dispatching mode, but also provides auxiliary tools. The proposed system is applied in Jiangxi power grid.
