奥氏体不锈钢冷旋压封头的磁性成因分析

摘    要:奥氏体不锈钢封头旋压成型后,部分奥氏体组织因冷变形转化为马氏体,与材料中残留的部分α组织共同导致封头呈磁性,采用热处理等方法可以消除磁性。对于非磁性条件要求严格的场合,可选用Ni含量较高的不锈钢,如0Cr25Ni20,0Cr23Ni13或310,316等。

Abstract:When the austenitic steel head is formed by cold spinning, some austenitic structure is turned to martensitic steel in the cold forming process. The martensitic steel together with ostructure will result in the magnetic property of the head. The magnetic property can be removed by heat treatment. In the installation where the magnetic condition is strictly restricted, the stainless steel with higher Ni content can be selected such as OCr25Ni20, OCr23Nil3 or 310 and 316 etc.
