摘    要:介绍了以聚丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物乳液(LIPN)为基料,配以填料制备水基建筑密封胶的方法。讲座了不同乳液、填料对隔音降噪性能和偶联剂对力学性能的影响,结果表明:以合成的LIPN乳液为基料配以复合填料时,建筑密封胶的损耗因子可达0.15,产剂处理填料可提高其力性能。经测试表明该胶具有明显的隔音降噪功能和较好的综合性能。

Abstract:The method of preparation of water-based functional construction sealant using polyacrylic ester LIPN emulsion as basic material was presented in this paper. Effects of different emulsion and filler on property of sound insulation and noise reduc- tion in addition to coupling agent on the mechanic property were discussed.It showed that the biggest loos factor is up to 0. 15 when using the synthesized LIPN emulsion and composite filler as the basis materials, and the mechanic property of the sealant is also improved when using coupling agent . It was discovered that the sealant prepared herein has remarkable property of sound insu- lation and noise reduction and the comprehensive mechanic property is also good.
