摘    要:在水布垭混凝土面板堆石坝的设计中,针对筑坝材料的特性和堆石体的变形特征,进行了坝体结构及坝体材料分区的设计。对面板应力应变分析,采用E-B模型进行三维非线性有限元计算,计算成果表明:就坝体变形而言竣工期和蓄水期的水平位移与垂直沉降值,比照已建工程均在劲旅范围内;面板位移与应力分析的结果亦与已建工程的面板应务分布规律一致。

Abstract:According to the properties of dam filling materials and the deformation characteristics of rockfill dam, design of the dam structure and zoning of filling material has been conducted for the concrete faced rockfill dam of Shuibuya Hydropower Station. 3-D non linear FE method and E-B model were used for analysing the displacements and stresses of the concrete face. The analysed results show that the horizontal displacements and vertical settlements of the dam body, both at the completion time and during the impoundment stage, are within the limits of the corresponding observed values of the similar existing projects at home and abroad; the stress distribution patterns in the concrete face are also in agreement with those of similar projects. The deformation of the rockfill dam may be controlled and reduced by means of rational zoning and optimal selection of filling materials as well as enhancement of the compactness of rockfill body. For the facing concrete, the requirements have been put forward, such as strictly controlling the gradation of aggregate and vibrating compaction, mitigating the constraint from the foundation, enhancing its anti seepage capability and tensile & compressive strengths etc..
