Analytical Study on the Practice of Promoting Fine Management and Enhancing Core Competitiveness in Power Generation Enterprises

This paper outlines the requirements of "Marketed coal,planned electricity",and highlights the necessity and urgency of fine management.Then it is pointed that the variable cost of unit electricity can be reduced by exploiting corporate internal potentialities in order to enhance corporate core competitiveness,construct the saving type enterprises, and improve corporate profitability and anti-risk capability.Finally,the fine management methods are elaborated for power generation enterprises.
