川东北地区空气钻井中几种复杂情况诊断与处理

气体钻井在川东北区域逐渐得到了广泛的应用,它不仅可以大幅度的提高钻速、缩短建井周期、降低钻井成本,同时也可以提高探井发现率、提高采收率。洞悉气体钻井过程中发生井下复杂情况的特征,利用事故发生前或发生时的实时征兆,及时预测与处理井下事故,是顺利进行气体钻井的关键。通过对川东北多口空气钻井的实践,总结了川东北地区地层出水、井塌及井斜等复杂情况发生时的征兆,阐述了通过征兆,诊断井下这几种复杂情况的思路;提出了针对地层出水、井塌及井斜等复杂问题的一般处理方法。

Diagnostic and Disposal of Several Complicated Problems for Air Drilling in Northeast Sichuan Area

Gas drilling has been widely used in northeast Sichuan area gradually.It not only can greatly increase the penetration rate,shorten the construction cycle,reduce drilling costs,but also can improve the rate of exploratory wells and enhance recovery ratio.Anticipating the complex characteristics of gas drilling in the course of drilling,using the immediate symptoms during before or during the accident occurred to forecast and treat down hole accidents timely is key of gas drilling.The paper summarized some symptoms of yielding water,borehole collapse and hole deviation in northeast Sichuan area by practice.Meanwhile,the method on how to diagnose complicated downhole problems according to these symptoms was described,and some processing methods on formation water output,hole sloughing,borehole inclination and so on were put forward.
