粘性炭素糊料的冲击压实试验研究

摘    要:糊料扎固是铝电解槽修量的炭素糊料冲击扎固试验,研究了锤头类型、布料厚度、下落高度等对糊料压实质量的影响,得到了扎固过程中锤头加速度和糊料压实比的变化曲线,给出了布料厚度、扎固次数等的合理参数范围.试验结果表明:冲击能量的大小对糊料压实质量影响最大,其次是糊料的布料厚度;在布料厚度和冲击功一定时,糊料压实比随冲击次数的增加逐渐趋于定值;冲击对糊料的压实作用主要集中在锤头下方,对周围糊料影响较小.研究结果对糊料扎固施工和冲击压实机械设计具有指导意义.图5,表1,参9.

Abstract:Paste ramming is one of the key technics of the aluminum electrolytic cells build,and the ramming quality can directly affect the lifetime of the aluminum electrolytic cells.Based on the impact compaction theory,through massive experiments of carbon paste impact compaction,the influence of the hammer style,the paste thickness as well as the drop height on the paste compaction quality were researched.The variation curves of impact acceleration and compactness were obtained,the reasonable parameter range of paste thickness,compaction number etc.was given.The results show that the impact energy is the greatest effect on the paste compaction quality,the second is the thickness of the paste;as the impact work and the paste thickness are constant,the compaction ratio intend to be a certain value with the increase of the impact number;the compaction mainly affects the paste under the hammer,scarcely influences the surrounding zone.5figs., 1tab.,9refs.
