910例初治涂阳肺结核病人疗效评价

摘    要:目的 :评价深圳市南山区户籍、暂住初治涂阳肺结核病人实施直接面视下短程督导化疗 (DOTS)的控制效果。方法 :对结核病控制项目门诊登记的户籍和暂住人口初治涂阳肺结核病人 ,实施免费化疗及 DOTS管理。结果 :共登记初治涂阳肺结核病人 910例 ,其中户籍 2 86例 ,暂住 6 2 4例 ,共治愈 880例 ,总治愈率 96 .7% ,其中户籍 99.7% ,暂住 95 .4 % ,两者无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :该区实施结核病控制措施 (DOTS)取得显著的经济和社会效益 ,实现高发现高治愈的目标

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the DOTS effect on new smear positive case of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city.Methods:During the World Bank Tuberculosis Control Project had been carried out in Nanshan district from 1995 to 2001, the registered new smear positive of pulmonary tuberculosis were given the standard treatment and DOTS measurement.Results:The total number of registered new smear positive cases were 910, 286 cases were permanent residents and 624 cases were temporary residents, 880 case had been cured, the cure rate was 96.7%, there was no significant different between the cure rate of permanent residents(99.7%) and temporary residents(95.4%),(P>0.05).Conclusion:The tuberculosis control measure (DOTS) in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city obtained the great effect in economy and society,the aim of high case-finding rate and high cure rate comes true.
